If I had to choose two words to describe Megan and Ben, owners of Café One 3, it would be ambitious and energetic. They had purchased an old subway location and turned it into a café and brewery hybrid, featuring delicious coffee, great food, and craft beer — all in one place. I was sold! But, was the rest of the world? The problem, as they went on to explain, was that traffic to the restaurant was underwhelming, and they didnt feel like people really understood what it was that they did.
We went to work first and foremost by tackling the website, presenting the restaurant in a light it deserved to be shown in– and properly featuring what it is that they do. We also cleaned up and re-organized the menu page while heavily promoting click-to-call ordering, and the timing could not have been better because little did we know, COVID would be turning the world on its head.
We also reconfigured their social media, re-designing social media assets like their facebook cover photo using an established brand guideline, and creating an eye catching video (Adobe PremierePro & Adobe AfterEffects) that excelled in terms of facebook reach and engagement.
